Currently, rugs tufted by TII are made using acrylic yarn. This type is used because of its 'soft to touch' feel and the many vibrant colors offered to make unique pieces. 

• Please do NOT place in high-traffic areas.

• Rugs are NOT machine washable.

• Promptly clean spills.

• Vacuum occasionally to maintain softness.

• Too much moisture may cause glue to loosen and yarn to slip.

Rugs tend to shrink a few inches after coming off the canvass. All rugs will be measured to be as accurate as possible. Bias tape border may extend the backside a few centimeters. 

On the Fonts page, there are a few examples that may be selected from the text on the product. If there is a specific name or type that is not listed, you can include the name of the font, take a screenshot of the name or an example and upload it as an attachment on the Submit Order page. If you have a style in mind, we can also look up a few examples that may be appealing. 

Borders come with two options: twill or bias tape. Twill tape is secured with hot glue to the back of the rug and cannot be seen from above. Bias tape is sewn down using a sewing machine and can be seen from above. Please note this option is made with love, not perfection, but we strive to get to that point with each rug produced. If not satisfied with appearance, please reach out to us immediately.

Complex fees are issued to ensure we are compensated fairly for products being made and to ensure the consumer is fully aware of any possible additional fees for images, fonts, sizes etc. requested. TII will not begin any physical work including, but not limited to drawing or obtaining supplies until the complex fee is agreed to. Criteria for these fees are outlined below but they may also consider the overall size of the product. Flat carved untouched rugs must request a 15% discount code before prior to check out or it must be applied to the next order.

·        Adding text (<10 characters) or additional characters (per +15)

·        Add Image

·        Color switching (applied after 5 colors) or additional colors (per +3)

·        Fine Details (applied to images or fonts separately)

·        Shave (Flat – separated, flat – carved, flat – untouched)

Once complex fees are discussed and approved, applicable discount codes will be provided. Codes will be applied at check out. Some codes may not be combined with others. 

To ensure 100% satisfaction, TII wants to include the consumer in the entire production process, but in the event after receiving the product, the consumer is still not fully satisfied with the product there are options for a refund.

Throughout the process, a photo will be sent after drawing the image, once tufting is completed and glue is applied, once backing and border are complete, and after shaving is completed just before shipping.

Refunds may be issued based on which step in the production process it is in. Once glue has been applied to the product, there are no refunds on the product unless there are major discrepancies upon receipt of product. Cancellations requested before image is transferred to canvass qualify for 100% refund minus a 30.00 processing fee. Once drawing has been started an 80% refund; once tufting begins, a 60% refund.

After receiving the product, if not satisfied, send photos with a description of any issues and discrepancies via email to us at irbbzzcustomz@gmail.com and we shall do our best to address them. Note dissatisfaction with bias tape binding does not qualify for a refund but may receive a discount code for a future order.
